Storm-damaged trees removed, pruned in Albany’s Takena Park

A four-man crew spent two days at Takena Park this week taking out two storm-damaged trees and pruning broken limbs off several others.

“Takena has all of these old trees we care about, and this hurts,” said parks manager Dick Conolly. “There was a lot of damage at the park because the trees there are old and in decline.”
